Europa Accommodation operates the public accommodation catalogue. This portal acts as a showcase: contact between visitor and owner is direct (WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone).

What data we process

When you send an information request (lead) we process only the minimum data needed to handle it: name and at least one contact channel (email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram), optional dates, number of guests and message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only so the owner can reply to your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) or your explicit consent.

We do not sell or share data

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use analytics that processes personal data without your consent.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us through the owner's contact channels or the portal's contact point.
